Hi, I am Katherine Lovan. As a professional Fiduciary I have the opportunity to protect the legal, social, and medical interests of people who require help making decisions. I work closely with my clients and their families to create documents that reflect their values. Then, I implement the plan.
I haven’t always worked as a guardian. I was a special and general Education teacher, a Librarian and then a city administrator. I enjoyed all of those roles, and I learned a great deal from each opportunity. However, their importance pales in comparison to what I have learned as a granddaughter, daughter and mother. Those roles have taught me how to take care of other people, to form teams to do hard things, and to stay steady in the face of deeply challenging situations. I had the privilege to take care of my Grandmother until her death just shy of 100. I was her friend, her advocate and her taxi service, along with a host of other sundry duties! She had a strong personality, and it wasn’t always easy. It was, however, worth it.
As a Librarian and Educator, I enjoy the opportunity to use my broad experience, organizational skills and research abilities to resolve legal, financial, and medical areas issues for my clients. I bring the best subject area experts, and together we advocate for each client. I pride myself on providing the same care that I was able to provide to my own grandmother for every individual I serve.
Sincerely,
Katherine
Hi, I am Kelley Ruhl. At PFF we protect the legal, social, and medical interests of people who require help making decisions. When we take on a complex client situation, we unwind their financial, medical and personal situation, and organize it so that the person’s resources can be used to help them live the life they want to live. This requires a lot of organizational work and coordination between all of the people who are working for the benefit of the client. I am the person who keeps the paperwork flowing!
In my personal life, I am a caregiver for my father. He is a veteran, and I have deep experience with the services that support our heroes.
I enjoy the opportunity to use my broad experience, organizational skills and research abilities to resolve legal, financial, and medical areas issues for my clients. As a project manager, I strive to offer the same level of service to my clients that I expect for my own Father.
Sincerely,
Kelley
